Show Love to Neighbors at Lehigh Valley Pride
This year, our church will once again have a presence at Lehigh Valley Pride on Sunday August 18. At our booth last year, we handed out information about our church, collected prayer requests, and distributed bottles of cold water. In all of it, we were able to remind our neighbors: “God loves you!” This is a deeply important message to share, especially with those in our community who have often experienced rejection from many churches.
We invite you to sign up to help at our church’s booth for this year’s Pride festival! Use our online signup to volunteer for a time slot or to bring donations. For more information, please contact Pastor Candy.
Mammy’s Angels Yard Sale
Find some treasures at the Mammy’s Angels summer yard sale! The sale will take place Saturday August 17, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, in Fellowship Hall. Shop for clothes, knick knacks, toys, CDs & DVDs, collectibles, housewares, jewelry, and so much more! The kitchen will also be open for food purchases. For more information, please contact Debbie Ace.
Hospitality Team
Fellowship Hour on Sunday mornings is an important part of building community, and our Hospitality Team offers Fellowship Hour treats all throughout the program year. We’re seeking additional volunteers to help in this effort, offering baked goods, fruit, and more. If you would like to be added to the rotation for our Hospitality Team, please contact Jan Schultz.
