There are a lot of new books for children and adults in the Church Library this fall. Come in and look them over! Here’s one that Library Team member Wendy Arbushites enjoyed:

Good Soil, by Jeff Chu, caught my attention by its subtitle, “The Education of an Accidental Farmhand.” How does one become an accidental farmhand? I wondered. The book is filled with chapters relating to what is going on at the Farminary, a working farm at Princeton’s Theological Seminary, where Chu worked while he was a student. Each chapter takes us on a little trip which shares lessons that can be learned from working the land. If you are someone who loves gardening, nature, or food, I highly recommend this book! It’s as beautiful as the art on the cover.
