Women’s Lenten Study
6:30 – 8 PM | Library | Thursdays
Our relationship with God, who loves us beyond all measure is a journey from death to life. Each of us has a unique relationship that requires attention, contemplation, and discovery. Henri Nouwen understood the spiritual life as a journey of faith and transformation that is deepened by accountability, community, and relationships. Spiritual Formation reveals Nouwen’s sage advice on how to live out the five classical stages of spiritual development. This Lent, explore Nouwen’s unparalleled wisdom on how to move from the mind to the heart and live there in the center—the place where God dwells. Cost is $17 for the book. (also available for Kindle).

Wesley Church invites you to come as you are. No dress code, no expectations, just a desire to worship the Lord and be with other Christians. Our church is handicap accessible and an inclusive church, so know that you are welcome and you belong. Come broken and leave restored.
Who are we? Wesley Church is a congregation with a heart for caring for others. We have a community garden to help feed our neighbors, a backpack giveaway that includes socks and underwear for children in need, we spend time helping people get readjusted into the world at the Lehigh Valley Outreach Depot, and we want to make disciples of Jesus Christ through our worship and ministry.
Our response to God’s call: Yesterday. Today. Forever.
The foundation of The United Methodist Church has always been to follow God’s call of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We do that in many ways and many places.
On this page you will find stories of Wesley Church responding to our own calls and more about our Wesleyan heritage as the people of The United Methodist Church.

EPAUMC conference statement
The Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church is made up of about 415 churches, which serve nearly 103,000 members in 16 counties. Led by Bishop John Schol, the Conference’s mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Today, this mission is the focus of the conference’s churches–congregations which speak to diverse and multi-generational populations in the many cities, towns, and rural areas throughout our area. These congregations seek to call persons to new life in Christ, nurture persons to be disciples of Jesus Christ, and address the needs in our communities as well as throughout the world through mission and ministry and by advocating for justice.
