The leaders of the Bethlehem Interfaith Group (BIG) have offered our community a meaningful gift: a series of prayers for this new year! Watch the pre-recorded prayers at your own convenience by clicking here. 

Beginning this Sunday January 8, we’re back to our regular programming schedule. ARK Chimers will have rehearsal at 8:30 AM in the music room (new chimers are welcome!), and Sunday School classes will begin at 9:00 AM (all children and youth are welcome!). We can’t wait to see you!

“12 Days of Christmas” Challenge

 
This month, the Power of One offering will benefit
the Bethlehem Emergency Shelter. 

This week, I had the privilege of joining with two dynamic colleagues — Pastor Nina of Epworth United Methodist Church and Pastor Suzanne of Blessed Trinity Lutheran Parish — for our annual observance of the “Blue Christmas.” This service (also called Quiet Christmas or The Longest Night) creates a space for those who are struggling to discover some Christmas peace. It’s an honor to create that space, and a joy two work with these two fellow clergywomen! 

Grow Three Sizes …

After wind storms yesterday downed trees and caused power outages, we are happy to report that Center Street is now clear, and power has been restored to the area! 

Our parking lot has also been cleared and well-salted. However, please use caution when walking through the parking lot. At these low temperatures, icy spots may still remain. 

We look forward to seeing you for Christmas Eve worship today! Merry Christmas!
