What goes up must eventually come down! Helpful hands are needed to remove the holiday decorations from the church sanctuary and atrium. If you would like to help in this effort, join us on Sunday January 8 between 1 PM and 4 PM, or contact Debbie Ace for more info.
Catching Up with Pastor Candy
In this holiday season, it was my joy to celebrate Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day with so many of you! I am especially grateful for all the worship volunteers — ushers, greeters, communion stewards and servers, sound and screen operators, livestream operators, decorators, bakers, and musicians (including this merry group who brought their pajama A-game for Christmas Day!) — who devoted so much of their holidays to helping others experience the joy of Christmas. Thank you for your efforts!
Fellowship Treats for Edgeboro
This Lent, our congregation participated in Lent Madness once again… and this year, we had a friendly competition with our neighbors at Edgeboro Moravian Church to see which congregation had the best bracket scores. Unfortunately, Edgeboro edged us out! To celebrate their win, we will be providing treats for their fellowship hour on Sunday May 26. If you would like to provide treats, please contact Pastor Candy.
Prayers for the New Year
The leaders of the Bethlehem Interfaith Group (BIG) have offered our community a meaningful gift: a series of prayers for this new year! Watch the pre-recorded prayers at your own convenience by clicking here.
Sunday School and ARK (Chimes) are back!
Beginning this Sunday January 8, we’re back to our regular programming schedule. ARK Chimers will have rehearsal at 8:30 AM in the music room (new chimers are welcome!), and Sunday School classes will begin at 9:00 AM (all children and youth are welcome!). We can’t wait to see you!
For more information on ARK, please contact Chris Perfetti.
For more information on Sunday School, please contact Deb Silliman.
