Wesley Church Ministries
Being part of a church community can happen on many levels and with people in all walks of life. Our doors, hearts, ministries and membership is open to all children of God.
We will welcome you coming in our doors on Sunday mornings with a smile and a hand shake. We invite you to come again and again. Many of our guests do return Sunday after Sunday to be part of our worship services.

Some guests dig deeper into the life of the church community by becoming part of one of the ongoing classes: Bible study, learning about what United Methodists believe, or a current topic. Some become a member of a teaching team in a Sunday School class on Sunday mornings. Some work weekly at the Outreach Depot. Some choose to grow vegetables in a church garden plot and donate half of the harvest to a soup kitchen. Some continue to come only to a worship service.

And some guests become part of a class that looks seriously at Christian faith. These classes invite those in the class to move into church membership. Some do. Some continue on as active guests.
We value everyone and the gifts they bring to God’s work. Membership is an important step and the membership vows are taken very seriously. We view official membership not as about status as much as about accountability, servant-hood and responsibility.
