Planning for the upcoming shelter season is in full swing! Our kitchen team is full at this point, with a few extras for emergencies. However, we need some male volunteers to step up to be shower monitors. Volunteers can choose between a half shift (5:30-7:15 PM and 7:15-9:00 PM) or a full shift (5:30-9:00 PM). Dinner is included! Wesley’s shelter team will cover the shelter on the third Monday of each month, November through April. Our first shelter date will be Monday November 17.
Our shelter team will have a volunteer meeting on Sunday September 28 after worship in the Youth Lounge. All who are interested or looking for more information are encouraged to attend. For more information, please contact Becky Hess.
