Wesley Mission Alert

Wesley member, Lori Dietz, our short-term missionary, will be embarking on a Medical/Dental Mission trip in March to Manaus, Brazil, Hand of Hope Ministries.

Lori’s background as a Dental Hygienist will allow her to work in the dental clinic treating both adults and children.  While doing so, she hopes to be able to not only educate the impoverished people on proper oral hygiene, but also show God’s love and share HIS Word while doing so.  Lori will be spending time in Favela (slum) communities as well as taking a boat down the Amazon River to access densely populated river communities who are rarely exposed to medical and dental care.

Along with prayers, Lori is asking for help with the cost of her trip.

Please donate next to her name (Lori D.)  These donations must be made by February 15th.  If you do not see her name listed, that means she has reached her trips cost goal.

However, you can still help by donating Adult/Child toothbrushes, travel-sized toothpaste, and floss to take with her.  Please place these items in the designated box in the Atrium. These items will be collected until 3/10/19.
