Join Us Sunday, September 17
Wesley Church is joining the movement of churches across America with Back to Church Sunday on September 17. Join us at 10 a.m. for Back to Church Sunday and more than 4 million Christ followers in this focused movement to invite people to church.
This year’s theme is A Place to Belong, that is relevant to the felt need in todays culture of people wanting to be a part of authentic community. The message that peoples’ stories matter, and they can find a place to fit in and make a difference right in their own local church.
Participating churches believe that there has never been a better time than now for people to come back and get plugged in to a church that offers a place to belong, opportunities t serve the community, and the chance to grow spiritually through a journey of personal faith.

September 17– Rally Day and Back to Church Sunday
We will be serving a pancake breakfast from 8:00-9:45 in Fellowship Hall. We will have one 10:00 Back to Church service. Children and youth will be dismissed during this service to their Sunday School classrooms to meet their teachers and will return before the end of the service.
September 24– Sermon Series: I Love Sundays!
It used to be that Sundays were set aside for church, rest and family. For most people, Sundays have become just another busy day of the week. Just as God rested on the seventh day after creation, He wired us to also need rest, relational connection and spiritual renewal once a week. Living Sundays the way God meant for them to be will lead to benefits that cascade into just about every area of life.
Our first regular Sunday School class will be the following Sunday, September 24th.
Make Sunday the best day of the week!
October 29– Laity Sunday
